My classes are carefully crafted through vinyasa and yin inspired movement and alignment,
inviting you to grab your mat and join me on a beautiful journey into yoga.
Each class combines a joyful yoga flow of postures, breathing and a beautiful relaxation/meditation at the end of each practice.
Whatever your fitness level, I cater to all needs so you will feel balanced, supported and empowered as I take you through
the movements, connecting your mind, body, and spirit to mother earth. Wellness is a strong focus in my teaching,
you will find my classes self-reflective and restorative, encouraging you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.
Through yoga-inspired classes and breathing, as well as practising on a regular basis to improve your
strength and flexibility, I believe this is one of the best ways to support your overall health and well-being.
